Virtual Client Office

Virtual Client Office provides remote access to Accounting CS, FileCabinet CS, and/or Microsoft Office applications. Your accountant controls access to the remote applications by setting permissions for individual NetClient CS users.

Note: To view the steps required to work with application data in the Virtual Client Office environment, see Getting started with Virtual Client Office.

Opening applications

You can open applications in the Virtual Client Office environment by clicking the Applications link in the navigation pane and then clicking the application icon. (If you don’t see these items, you don’t have access to applications through Virtual Client Office.)

Note: If you experience a connection problem because your internet service provider (ISP) uses a firewall or proxy, you can use an alternate port to access Virtual Client Office applications.
