Virtual Office CS or SaaS applications don't launch on an iPad

There have been some reports of not being able to open any applications on Virtual Office CS / SaaS after installing IOS 8 or 8.1 and Citrix Workspace 5.9.1 on an iPad.

Follow these steps to resolve:

Make sure that you have selected to use Alternate Port in Applications > Setup > Use Alternate Port.  

If this option is already checked, toggle it off and then back on again and re-launch your applications.
