The plan has two alternatives: Alternative 1 and Alternative 2. Each alternative contains two years: 2018 and 2019.

Assume you want to add one new year to each alternative, and you want the data in these new years to be copied from the year 2019 in the alternative to which they are being added.

  1. Choose Edit > Plan Years > Add to open the Add Year(s) dialog.
  2. In the #Years to be added field, enter 1.
  3. From the Copy data from alternative field, select Same alternative.
  4. From the Copy data from year field, select 2019.
  5. Click OK.
  6. The year 2020 is added to each alternative.

  • The 2018 column in Alternative 1 contains data copied from the 2019 column in Alternative 1.
  • The 2018 column in Alternative 2 contains data copied from the 2019 column in Alternative 2.
