Planner CS
To help save time when you enter data for a plan, you can turn the automatic calculation feature off in Planner CS. This allows you to open large plans and navigate within plans at a faster speed. You can then turn the automatic calculation feature on again when you are ready to print reports and graphs.
To turn the automatic calculation feature on or off, choose Tools > Automatic Calculations. A checkmark next to the Automatic Calculations command indicates the feature is on. When the checkmark is not present, the feature is off.
Note: Planner CS will also run calculations when a report is printed or previewed.
