Clear Locks dialog

Use the Clear Locks dialog to clear any user locks on a tax plan or client letter.

Note: This command is available only when there are no open plans.

To open this dialog, choose Help > Clear Locks.

Fields & buttons

Choose this option to specify the user from whom you want to remove locks.

Enter the name of the user from whom you want to clear locks.

Note: This field is available only if the Clear locks set by a specific user option is selected.

Choose this option to clear all template letter locks.

Choose this option to clear all user locks.
