Layout Designer dialog > Report title tab

Use this tab of the Layout Designer dialog to modify the format of the title that prints at the top of each report and to indicate whether there should be a page break between each report.

To open this dialog and tab, choose Reports > Report Layouts and click the Report title tab.

Note: To enable the fields in this dialog, highlight a layout in the list and click the Edit button, or click the Add button to add a new layout.

Fields & buttons

Report title group box

This field displays the selected font. To change the font, click the Font button.

This field displays the point size for the selected font. To change the point size, either enter the size in this field or click the Font button.

Note: You cannot change the font size when the <System> or <Tax Projection> layout is selected.

Click this button to open a dialog in which you can change fonts, font styles, sizes, and effects.

Mark this checkbox to display bold font.

Mark this checkbox to display italic font.

Mark this checkbox to display underlined font.

Report title section (inches) group box

Enter values (in inches) in the available fields to specify the amount of space that should appear around report titles.

Note: You cannot change these options when the <System> or <Tax Projection> layout is selected.

Justification group box

Click the justification option for the appropriate section.

Other fields & buttons

Mark this checkbox to insert a page break between each standard report.

Content in the allocations detail report is grouped by tab. Mark this checkbox to insert a page break between each tab-specific group of allocation information.

Content in a data entry report is grouped by tab. Mark this checkbox to insert a page break between of each tab-specific group of data.
