The Phone Messages portlet is available on the Staff Dashboard.
This portlet shows phone messages entered into Practice CS for the staff member.
You can delete a message by right-clicking it and choosing the delete command from the context menu. Press CTRL or SHIFT and click to select multiple messages. Right-click within the portlet for commands enabling you to select all messages, deselect all messages, or clear selected messages.
