  2. Right click on the Networkinstallation.ini file and choose open with... \Notepad.
  3. In the notepad file, add a new line under the [appSettings] section with this information: outlookdisable=true.

The ProgramData folder is a hidden folder. If you do not see it, enable the option in Windows to display hidden files and folders or press the Windows key (between CTRL and ALT) + R and copy C:\ProgramData\Creative Solutions\Practice CS into the Run window, then click OK.

  3. Right click on the LocalInstallation.ini file and select Open with... \ Notepad.
  4. In the notepad file, add a new line under the [appSettings] section with this information: outlookdisable=true.
  5. Click File > Save.
  6. Restart Practice CS.

Re-enable Microsoft Outlook integration

To re-enable Microsoft Outlook integration, delete the outlookdisable=true line from the LocalInstallation.ini file and/or the NetworkInstallation.ini file, depending on whether it was disabled firm-wide or on a workstation-by-workstation basis. See the instructions above for steps on browsing to and editing those files.
