Practice CS may encounter slow performance and show high SQL Servers CPU Utilization when there are a large number of files in the WinCSI\Practice CS Data\Data\Integration\ClientStatusEvent folder.  

This folder is where all Client Status event integrations files are pushed from Ultra Tax CS in order to complete Projects and Tasks within Practice CS.   Practice CS runs a background process when the application is open on the network to import and clear these events.  If staff do not have full read\write\edit rights to the WinCSI\Practice CS Data folder these files will not be able to be cleared causing a backlog of files to process. 

Resolution:  Give all users full rights to the WinCSI\Practice CS Data folder and all sub folders.
