When reviewing the return, I noticed that the bank account information I entered in Screen Bank is not the bank account information showing on Form 1040, Page 2. What is causing this?


If you select a bank product in Screen RAL, such as a Check or ACH Direct Deposit, the bank account information that will appear on Form 1040, Page 2 is the bank account information for Refund Advantage. The account number will include the taxpayer's Social Security number. If you do not want to use a bank product, delete the code from the Type of Refund Advantage Electronic Refund Disbursement Service (ERDS) field in Screen RAL.
