MFA required for electronic filing

Effective May 3rd, the 2017 version of UltraTax CS requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) to transmit e-files from CS Connect. Find out more.

To add Yes and No checkboxes to questions on a paper or email organizer questionnaire, complete the following steps.

  1. Open or create the questionnaire by choosing Setup > 1040 Individual > Organizer tab and clicking the Questionnaire button in the Documents group box.
  2. After adding the new question to the organizer questionnaire, press the TAB key so that the cursor lines up with the Yes column.
  3. Choose Insert > Checkbox.
  4. Press the TAB key again so that the cursor lines up with the No column and choose Insert > Checkbox once more.
  5. Choose Document > Save to save your changes, then close the Document Editing window.
