To view custom paragraphs available for client documents choose Setup > 1040 Individual > Organizer > Letters & Emails and click on the Custom Paragraphs tab. You can use this tab to create or edit custom paragraphs. Mark the checkbox to the left of the custom paragraph to include the paragraph in the organizer cover letter for all clients.

The default custom paragraphs included with UltraTax CS are already inserted into client documents. To insert a new custom paragraphs that you created, open the document, place your cursor in the desired location, and choose Insert > Embedded Content > Custom Paragraph. Mark the checkbox for the appropriate custom paragraph in the Insert Custom Paragraph dialog. The selected custom paragraph will be added to the open document for all clients.
