MFA required for electronic filing

Effective May 3rd, the 2017 version of UltraTax CS requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access the electronic filing transmission feature in CS Connect.

To assign Spanish as the language for a group of clients' organizer documents, complete the following steps.

  1. Choose Utilities > Reassign Clients to open the Reassign Clients dialog.

  2. Select the client(s) whose documents you want to print in Spanish. 

    Note: To select multiple clients, press SHIFT or CTRL and click the desired client IDs in the list.

  3. Select Client document language from the Category drop-down list.

  4. Choose Spanish from the Language drop-down list.

  5. Click the Reassign button.

Note: To print Spanish client documents for the open client only, open Screen Letter in the General folder and mark the Spanish client documents checkbox.
