MFA required for electronic filing

Effective May 3rd, the 2017 version of UltraTax CS requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access the electronic filing transmission feature in CS Connect.

Use this dialog to select an existing organizer questionnaire to open. Any additional organizer questionnaires you create will be listed here as well.

To open this dialog, choose Setup > [Entity] > Organizer tab, then click the Questionnaire button in the Documents group box.

Note: Depending on your security configuration, you might be prompted to enter the master password to access the federal setup tabs.

Fields & buttons

By default, this list includes the UltraTax CS default questionnaire(s). Questionnaires that were imported automatically from the prior year are listed here. Any additional organizer questionnaires you create in the current year will be listed here as well. To create a new questionnaire based on any one listed here, or modify an existing questionnaire, highlight the questionnaire in this list and click OK.

Note: To create a new questionnaire from the Organizer Questionnaire dialog, choose Document > New.
