MFA required for electronic filing

Effective May 3rd, the 2017 version of UltraTax CS requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access the electronic filing transmission feature in CS Connect.

What should I do if CS Connect does not open or takes more than one minute to open?


  1. Restart your computer.
  2. Verify that no applications are running.
  3. Start UltraTax CS.
  4. Try to start CS Connect again.
