You can review your CS Connect activity in several ways.


  • These documents open as text files in Windows Notepad. If desired, you can print a copy by choosing File > Print, or save a copy by choosing File > Save As from within Notepad.
  • To minimize connection time, CS Connect does not display certain progress nor non-fatal error messages during the call. Instead, messages (such as a declined PRP authorization code requests) are saved to the call log.
