Question

Why doesn't my client display in the list of clients for whom PRP authorization codes can be downloaded?

Answer

If no EIN / SSN has been entered for the client, or if you have no PRP license for the return you are preparing, the client will not appear in the list.

Try the following:

If the client still does not appear in the list, call 800-968-0600 and follow the prompts to speak with a customer service representative to obtain a PRP authorization code.
