To create a batch of electronic file acknowledgments (Form 9325), complete these steps.

  1. Choose Utilities > Electronic Filing Status to open the Electronic Filing Status dialog.
  2. Click the filter filter icon icon for the Status column.
  3. Select one of the following items from the drop-down list.

    • Return accepted by taxing agency - Select this item to print acknowledgments for electronic returns that you filed and that were accepted by the taxing agency.
    • Return created but not queued - Select this item to print acknowledgments for electronic returns that you created but that you have not yet queued for transmission.

    Note: The above items are available only if you have returns that were accepted or returns that you have created but not yet queued for transmission.

  4. Click the Select All button.
  5. Click the Print button.
  6. Click the 9325: selected returns option.
  7. Click the Preview button to preview the acknowledgments, or click the Print button to print a copy of the acknowledgments.

Note: By default, UltraTax CS prints the name and address of the taxpayer at the top-right of Form 9325, Acknowledgement and General Information for Taxpayers Who File Returns Electronically. To have UltraTax CS print the taxpayer's name and address left-justified, choose Setup > [[Entity]] (for example, 1040 Individual), click the Federal tab, click the Other Return Options, click the Return Presentation tab, and mark the Print Form 9325 taxpayer mailing address left-justified checkbox in the Other group box.
