MFA required for electronic filing

Effective May 3rd, the 2017 version of UltraTax CS requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access the electronic filing transmission feature in CS Connect.

Error Code F1040EZ-002: The age of Primary tax payer on Form 1040EZ must be less than 65. If born January 01, 1947, taxpayer is considered to be age 65 at the end of 2011.

Certain noncalculating forms are not accepted for electronic filing with Form 1040-EZ. If this error code appears in the E-File Error Report, review the IRS description, which specifies which forms and schedules can be electronically filed with Form 1040-EZ. To correct this error, open the client, choose File / Client Properties, and select Individual (1040) in the Entity information group box.
