Error Code F1040EZ-025-05: At least one of the following lines on Form 1040EZ must have a non-zero value: Line 4 'AdjustedGrossIncomeAmt' or Line 9 'TotalPaymentsAmt' or Line 10 'TentativeTaxAmt' or Line 12 'TotalTaxAmt' or Line 13a 'RefundAmt' or Line 14 'OwedAmt'.

If any of the lines mentioned are not completed on Form 1040EZ, then the return will need to be filed on paper.  If filing the return on paper, refer to 1040 - US ELF:  Form 8948 - Paper Filing Exceptions.
