Error Code F2441-014-01For each 'SSN' or 'EIN' or 'TaxExemptCd' or 'LivingAbroadFrgnCareProviderCd' or 'DueDiligenceCd' that has a value on Form 2441, Line 1(c), the corresponding Line 1(d) 'PaidAmt' must have a non-zero value.

To resolve this error, follow the instructions below.

  1. Access Screen Cr, located under the Credits folder.
  2. Open the Provider information statement.
  3. Verify that an EIN is entered or the Tax Exempt box has been marked. Also, verify that there are not any extra, blank lines. Blank lines within statement can cause e-file errors.
