MFA required for electronic filing

Effective May 3rd, the 2017 version of UltraTax CS requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access the electronic filing transmission feature in CS Connect.

SEIC-F1040-534-02: For each 'QualifyingChildSSN' that has a value on Schedule EIC(Form 1040A or 1040), Line 2, if there is a value for Date of Death in the e-File database, then the Year of Death must not be less than 'TaxYr' in the Return Header.

A qualifying child for Schedule EIC has a date of death on file in the IRS e-File database with a year of death prior to the current tax year. Verify that the date of death entered in the tax return is within the current tax year.
