Error code F990-913-01: Tax-exempt status specified in Item I, must match data in the efile database.

Verify the EIN entered under File > Client Properties. If the EIN is incorrect, enter the correct EIN and then recreate and resubmit the electronic file. Also review the Tax-exempt status on Screen 990. If the EIN and tax exempt status are indeed correct, you'll need to contact the IRS at 866-255-0654 for assistance as the tax-exempt status selected on Form 990, Page 1, Item I does not match the IRS e-File database. If this is not resolved, the return will need to be filed on paper.
