Use this tab to view a graph that displays the user-defined status events logged most recently and the percentage of clients who have logged each event. This graph only displays the current status of the clients (that is, the event last logged for each client). For example, if you have 100 clients and you just logged the "Met with client" event for ten of them, the graph section that corresponds with the "Met with client" event will show that 10% of your clients have that event as their current status.

To open this tab, choose Utilities > Client Status (or click the Client Status button on the toolbar) and click the At a Glance tab.

Note: This tab is available only if you have defined global status events on Setup > Office Configuration > Status tab.

Fields & buttons

Mark the checkboxes to indicate the type of events that you want to display on the graph.

Click this button to mark all of the checkboxes in the Events group box.

Click this button to clear all of the checkboxes in the Events group box.

Click this button to preview the Status Summary report.

Click this button to print a Status Summary report containing the name of each user-defined status event and the number and percentage of clients who have that event as their current status (meaning it was the last event logged for those clients).
