Use the statement dialog for the Description field on Screen Asset. There are two major advantages when you enter property descriptions in one statement dialog. First, you can edit descriptions by inserting and deleting text. Second, you can reassign assets entered on the screen to different schedules as necessary without having to re-enter asset information.

See Entering and editing property descriptions for more information.
