Entering a foreign address for 1120 electronic corporate returns

Use the following guidelines to enter a foreign corporate address in Screen 1120 in the General folder.

  1. Enter the street address in the Address field.
  2. Enter the city in the City field.
  3. Leave the State and Zip code fields blank.
  4. Enter the foreign province or foreign state in the Province or state field.
  5. Enter the foreign postal code in the Postal code field.
  6. Select the foreign country using the Foreign country drop-down list on the right. UltraTax CS automatically completes the text field on the left for informational purposes only.

    Note: The country code is required when filing electronically.

Note: If the corporate address is in Canada, you can enter the Canadian province in the State field and leave the Province or state and Foreign country fields blank.
