New (tax) year, new help!
Fixed Assets and UltraTax CS 2023 help is now on Help and Support. We're still moving articles, but you can find most content for the 2023 tax year there. Continue using the Help & How-To Center for tax years 2022 and older.
To get to this tab, choose View > Contributor/Officer > Officer information.
Use this tab to enter general officer information such as name and address. UltraTax CS uses this information to complete both the federal and state returns. Also, the application automatically updates the information in the Officer spreadsheet at the top of the Officer Information window when you enter officer data in this tab.
Tips
- To add a new officer, click the Add button. UltraTax CS opens a blank Officer Information tab where you can enter the new officer's information. You can add up to 250 officers for each 990 client.
- To delete an officer, highlight the appropriate officer in the Officer spreadsheet at the top of the Officer Information window, and click the Delete button.
- To update an existing officer's general information, highlight the appropriate officer in the Officer spreadsheet at the top of the Officer Information window, and edit the information in the Officer Information tab.
