Question

What is termination criteria?

Answer

Termination criteria is an electronic filing rejection condition that EFAST uses in conjunction with its electronic filing error checking. Some UltraTax CS diagnostics list termination criteria. This criteria assures that the proper data entry is done when a plan is terminated. If a diagnostic cites that the termination criteria has not been met, then none of the bypass conditions have been met.

The plan must meet at least one of the following data entry conditions to meet the termination criteria and clear the diagnostic. You will need to review the plan specifics to determine which of the following conditions is pertinent to that plan.
