Some of the most commonly used commands in the state allocation spreadsheet, such as Print Reports, are assigned shortcut keys that allow you to quickly select the command.

If a cell is highlighted, copies the data in the cell to the clipboard. |

CTRL+V |
Pastes contents of the clipboard into the current cell. |

CTRL+X |
If a cell is highlighted, cuts the information in that cell and copies it to the clipboard. |
