How do I enter Alaska Permanent Fund dividends?

Answer

You can enter Alaska Permanent Fund dividends in Screen Income, located in the Income folder. You can also enter Alaska Permanent Fund dividends in Screen 8814, located in the Taxes folder, for parents electing to report their children's interest and dividends. UltraTax CS reports the amount as Other income. Alaska Permanent Fund dividends are included as investment income for Form 8615 calculations.
