Sending an organizer to both the taxpayer and spouse via email

To email a client organizer to both the taxpayer and spouse, complete the steps below. 

  1. Open the client's return in UltraTax CS.
  2. Choose Setup > Client Communications to open the Client Communications dialog.
  3. Enter the taxpayer email address in the Email Address column for the appropriate client. 
  4. Click the drop-down list to on the left side of the Email Address field, select Sp, and then enter the spouse email address in the same column.
  5. In the Email To column, select Both, then click OK. 
  6. Choose File > Print Organizers to assemble the organizer prior to sending it to the client via email
