If all members of the combined (unitary) group are C Corporations, the designated agent must make estimated payments on a combined basis with Form IL-1120-V. For more information about designated agents or combined estimated payments, refer to Illinois Income Tax Regulars, Sections 100.5220 and 100.5230, respectively.
