Fixed Assets and UltraTax CS 2023 help is now on Help and Support. We're still moving articles, but you can find most content for the 2023 tax year there. Continue using the Help & How-To Center for tax years 2022 and older.
CS Connect is easy to use, generally requires no setup, and provides you with a convenient and economical way to complete the following tasks.
- Download and apply updates for 2018 UltraTax CS.
- Download updated licenses and user bulletins.
- Receive timely information from Thomson Reuters.
- View the CS Connect Fee schedule.
- Obtain authorization codes for per-return pricing (PRP) returns.
- Retrieve initial state releases for PRP use.
- Transmit electronically filed returns and receive acknowledgements (if Thomson Reuters is your electronic filing transmitter) using the Electronic Filing utility.
- Request the recall of electronic files previously transmitted to Thomson Reuters.
- Transmit and retrieve web client organizers, eSignature documents, and tax returns (if licensed for NetFirm CS).
- Transmit client data to CS Support for software support questions or issues (only at the request of a CS Support representative).
Notes
- You must have a standard internet connection (DSL, cable modem, T1, and so on) to use CS Connect.
- If you connect to our network of secure data centers using a dial-up internet service or a proxy server, see Setting CS Connect communication options to update your settings.
- To keep your data safe, CS Connect encrypts all sensitive transactions involving monetary funds or client information using an industry-standard encryption system.
- To manage your payment options, visit the My Account section of our website and click My Orders & Payments.
