Use this dialog to define the search criteria for calculated values and input screen fields. The defined search criteria are then available for use in all new and existing searches. Data Mining provides default search criterion definitions in the Search Criteria list for the database you selected in the Data Mining window.

To open this dialog, click the Calculated value option, the Input screen field option, or the Client status option in the Select Search Criteria dialog, and then click the Add/Modify button. (Note that it does not matter which option you click; the dialog that opens enables you to add or modify either type of search criterion.)

Fields & buttons

The availability of the following fields and buttons depend on the options and entities you select.

Note: The name of this field changes to show whether the selected criterion is a calculated value, input screen field, or client status.

This display-only field shows the name of the input screen field criterion highlighted in the Search Criteria list.

Note: This field is available only when Federal is selected in the Product drop-down menu. The name of this field changes to show whether the selected criterion is a calculated value, input screen field, or client status.
