New (tax) year, new help!

Primary (left) monitor is landscape. Secondary (right) monitor is portrait. When opening the Electronic Filing Status Window, it spans across both screen. How can the electronic filing status window be moved to just the left monitor?

Resizes the right side inward. This will get it on one screen but the bottom is cut off. Next, resize by moving the bottom up and the right side in. However, this has to be done each time when access the electronic filing status window.
