Web Builder CS Email customers may reset their password via email if they have an alternate email address added to their account. This topic walks through the password reset process.
Setup an alternate email address
Sign in to the Web Builder CS Email web client
Go to Action > Manage User Options > General Options. Under Alternate Address row, enter a different email address where any passwords will be sent.
Click the Save button to save the changes.
Resetting your password
The next time you forget your password, click the Forgot My Password link below the Password box. The link will appear after one incorrect password attempt.
Enter your Web Builder CS email address in the box and click Send Email.
Check your alternate email address account for the password reset link with the subject “Password Reset for Web Builder CS Email”.
After clicking on the link you will be able to reset your password.
If you do not receive the password reset email or remember what your alternate email address was, please contact support; choose the option for Web Builder Support.
