2018 Year-End Update and Productivity Training: Accounting CS

Level: Basic

This lecture-style class, designed for new and experienced users, covers numerous timesaving features in Accounting CS that will speed year-end processing. We'll show you how to use various importing methods to quickly populate client data and code it properly for financial statement and tax return preparation. We'll demonstrate how to build an efficient on-screen review process with the new Analyze Account Activity tool. We'll also demonstrate the value of full integration with the CS Professional Suite family of software.

No advance preparation is needed for this class. A high-speed Internet connection is required.

  • Import chart of account and trial balance information through a spreadsheet import.
  • Assign tax coding for integration with UltraTax CS using account grouping and standard account mapping.
  • Adjust balances for appropriate presentation in financial statements or tax returns.
