TaxCaddy is a beneficial tool designed to help tax professionals and their taxpayers gather and deliver the necessary documents for 1040 tax returns. During this session, participants will learn about the best practices for increasing taxpayer adoption. At the conclusion participants should have a solid understanding of the impactful settings and setup needed within TaxCaddy, as well as understanding the taxpayer and tax professional experience while using TaxCaddy. Tax professionals new to TaxCaddy or those looking to understand the overall experience of TaxCaddy will benefit from this session.
