The objective of this course is to help you discover the built-in tools in UltraTax CS that will save you more time next tax season. Using the client status system, you’ll see how to maximize your firm’s workflow process and track efficiency seamlessly. You’ll also see how to use data mining to easily identify specific audiences within your client base for special services, announcements, etc. From Practice CS integration to Home Page utilization, if you haven’t given yourself the time to investigate these timesaving features, this class is for you. These underutilized productivity tools can make a significant difference in time management when you need it most. No preparation is required prior to this class. Course Objectives:

• Adding and customizing client status events
• Viewing results of logging client status events in graph or grid format
• Integrating client status events with Practice CS and transferring UltraTax CS invoice amount to Practice CS
