Course Objectives:
- Adding and customizing client status events
- Viewing results of logging client status events in graph or grid format
- Integrating client status events with Practice CS and transferring UltraTax CS invoice amount to Practice CS
- Using Data Mining to identify specific audiences within your client base for special services or announcements
