CS Professional Suite: Blank sign in screen

Alerts and notices

If you receive a blank login or sign in screen when launching a CS Professional Suite application, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Open Internet Explorer and choose Tools/Settings > Internet Options
  2. Click the Security tab and choose Internet
  3. Click the Reset all zones to the default level button.
  4. Click Apply and then OK. Show me.

If the above steps do not work, add *.thomsonreuters.com/*, *.tr.com/*, auth.onvio.us and gstatic.com to the trusted sites in Internet Explorer. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools/Settings > Internet options.
  2. On the Security tab, choose Trusted Sites and click the Sites button.
  3. Enter *.thomsonreuters.com/* in the Add this website to the zone field and click the Add button. 
  4. Enter *.tr.com/* in the Add this website to the zone field and click the Add button.
  5. Enter auth.onvio.us in the Add this website to the zone field and click the Add button. 
  6. Enter gstatic.com in the Add this website to the zone field and client the Add button. 
  7. Click Close and then OK

You may need to reboot your computer for these changes to take effect.
