- New Mexico. The Taxation and Revenue Department is in the process of redesigning its Combined Reporting System (CRS) to create separate returns for Withholding Tax, Gross Receipts Tax, and Compensating Tax and other business-related tax programs. For tax periods starting on or after July 1, 2021, Form TRD-41414 will replace Forms CRS-1 and CRS-1 Short and will be used as the Withholding Tax return for monthly, quarterly, and semiannually depositors.
Note: We are working closely with the Taxation and Revenue Department to implement the new form and internet file. We plan to release the new form and internet file on a future application update in time to meet the August 25, 2021 filing deadline for monthly filers.
- Oregon. The City of Eugene has recently informed us that the forms released with Accounting CS v.2021.1.0 were unable to be processed by their systems. The agency may reach out to you or your clients requesting that the 2021 First Quarter forms previously submitted be reprocessed and resubmitted without the values rounded.
Note: With this release, we have updated Forms Eugene_EUG-PY-1 and Eugene_EUG-PY-2 to their latest specifications. In our communications with the City of Eugene, they have agreed to waive all penalties and interest accrued on previously submitted Quarter 1 forms if the originally filed forms were postmarked by the April 30, 2021 filing deadline.
