Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

For a local or network installation only

  1. Connect to the Internet using your existing LAN connection. If your connection is provided by an Internet service provider (ISP) such as AOL, launch that connection now.
  2. Minimize your Internet browser.
  3. Start Accounting CS.
  4. Choose File > CS Connect, and then click the Connect Setup button.
  5. In the CS Connect - Communications Setup dialog, click the Direct (LAN) Connection to internet option.

    Note: Mark the Internet connection is always online checkbox if your computer is always connected to the Internet.

  6. Click OK. Your computer is now ready to connect to the Thomson Reuters data centers. After you have selected the appropriate options in the CS Connect dialog, click the Call Now button to connect.
