Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Links to our most popular payroll tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

The Accounting CS Ideas Community is a forum for Accounting CS customers to share ideas with other users and to provide feedback and suggestions to our Development team. If you create customized layout, form, report, letter, or financial statement that you think will be helpful to others, you can upload it to the Accounting CS Ideas Community for others to download and use.

Before you can share your customized layouts, forms, reports, letters, financial statements or any other suggestions via the Accounting CS Ideas Community, you must first join the Accounting CS Ideas Community.

Export a custom layout, form, report, letter, or financial statement to a file

  1. After you use the Layout Designer or Report Designer to customize a layout, form, report, letter, or financial statement, choose File > Export, and browse to the file location to save the custom item.
  2. Specify a name for the file in the Filename field, and then click the Save button. Be sure to use a unique filename that describes the item so that you do not overwrite the original layout, form, report, letter, or financial statement on other users' computers when they download it.

Example: Balance Sheet with Cash Subschedule.fin
