Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

If you run CS Professional Suite applications in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment, updates are applied the night after the release of the CS Connect update.

Example: If a CS Connect update is released prior to 3:00 p.m., the update will be applied that night and the updated applications will be available through your portal the following day. If the update is released after 3:00 p.m., the update will be applied the following night.  

Updates are applied at night to avoid disrupting your firm’s daily work, and we test the updates in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment before updating the applications.

If you are working through the night you may receive a warning prompt saying, "SaaS\VO servers need to be rebooted in 5 minutes in order to perform important updates.  Please save your work and logout."  Once you log out, you can relaunch the programs and start a new session on a different server that may have already updated.
