Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Links to our most popular payroll tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

When the font size on your computer is not set to Smaller - 100%, the application may not display certain screens correctly. For example, the Edit, Enter or Delete buttons may appear to be missing, or you will only be able to see a part of a field and not the whole field. Additionally, a window may appear to be cut off where the margin just does not show. Use the following steps to change your computer's font size.

These steps will change how your computer displays all applications.

Windows 7

  1. Right-click on your Desktop and choose Personalize.
  2. Click on the Display link in the bottom left.
  3. Click the "Make text and other items larger or smaller" link.
  4. Select the "Smaller - 100% (default)" option.
  5. Click Apply. You may be prompted to log out and log back in again.

Windows 10

  1. Right-click on your Desktop and choose Display Settings.
  2. If you have more than one display connected to your PC, then select a display at the top that you want to change.
  3. Under Change the size of text, apps, and other items, move the slider all the way to the left to the setting of 100% (Recommended).
  4. Repeat these steps for each monitor.
  5. When finished, click/tap on the Apply button or Sign out now link (if prompted) to fully apply.
