Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Links to our most popular payroll tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

Iowa Workforce Development accepts EFT-Debit and EFT-Credit payments of unemployment taxes.

How to apply

Iowa Workforce Development requires all EFT users to register for the EFT program before submitting tax payment files.

For more information about making EFT payments and to obtain the State of Iowa's ACH credit application form, please visit the Iowa Workforce Development website and navigate to the Unemployment Insurance Information for Employers section.

Payment and other information

Payments are due by the regular due dates for the particular tax period. If a payment due date falls on a legal holiday or weekend, the tax payment must be received on the first business day after the holiday or weekend.
