Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Links to our most popular payroll tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

The Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (DLLR) accepts ACH Credit payments of unemployment taxes.

How to apply

The Maryland DDLR requires employers paying via Electronic Funds Transmission (EFT) to submit an authorization agreement form to the Contributions Division of Maryland's Office of Unemployment prior to submitting tax payment files.

For more information about making EFT Credit payments, please visit the DLLR website and navigate to the Unemployment Insurance > Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) page.

Payment and other information

EFT filers are still required to submit quarterly returns (Form DLLR-OUI15).
