Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Links to our most popular payroll tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry accepts both EFT Debit and EFT Credit payments of unemployment taxes.

Payment of taxes via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is voluntary in Pennsylvania.

How to apply

The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry requires all EFT users to apply for approval prior to submitting tax payment files.

For more information about making EFT payments and to obtain the State of Pennsylvania's authorization agreement, please visit Pennsylvania's e-Tides website at http://www.etides.state.pa.us/.
