Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Links to our most popular payroll tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

The Arizona Department of Revenue accepts EFT Debit and EFT Credit payments of withholding taxes.

How to apply

The Arizona Department of Revenue requires all EFT users to apply for approval before submitting tax payment files.

For more information about making EFT payments and to obtain the State of Arizona's ACH credit authorization form, please visit the Arizona Department of Revenue website and navigate to the E-Services > Business section.

Payment and other information

Payments are considered timely if received by the department on the due date of the payment. If the payment due date falls on a weekend or State of Arizona holiday, the payment is due on the next business day. However, because payments made on our web site are required by 5:00 pm MST on the business day before the due date, you must initiate the payment on or before the last business day prior to the weekend or holiday.
